Shannon Mangiameli expanded her skill set in the industrial space first during her tenure with Blackstone's industrial operating platform, working on high-quality logistics properties in all the major & secondary Midwest markets in the United States.​ She continued to hone her skills at one of the world’s biggest logistics companies, first leading a nimble team building big box Middle Mile facilities throughout the Northeast of the USA and more recently overseeing the design and construction of warehouses in the re-commerce platform throughout the US & Canada.
